She is passionate about her work and values an integrative, collaborative approach in the realm of adolescent and young adult mental and physical healthcare, with an emphasis in body positive support through a medical lens.

The focus of Katya’s work is health and wellness sessions geared towards adolescents and young adults, reinforcing lifestyle medicine components through a body positive lens and helping to create a framework of support for both mental and physical health. She believes that the best network is consistent and synergistic, and seeks to provide adjunctive health support in collaboration with other practitioners to create a secure web of care for youth who are dealing with social, emotional, and health-based challenges.
